Senior Account Manager @ Munch (Part of Stakked)
Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 WFH)
Reporting to: Associate Director

We’re looking for an established Senior Account Manager who’s ready to step up, take ownership, and help shape campaigns that people actually talk about.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the client relationship
Be the go-to for your accounts - leading conversations, building trust, and keeping momentum high across every project.
Drive standout campaigns
Turn client goals into smart, creative PR strategies. Spot opportunities others miss and bring fresh thinking to every brief.
Make headlines happen
Pitch with confidence, build strong journalist relationships, and secure coverage that truly moves the needle.
Create compelling content
From press releases to features, you’ll craft sharp, engaging copy and elevate the work of those around you.
Support & grow your team
Guide junior team members, delegate effectively, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Shape the Agency
Get involved in new business, contribute ideas, and play a role in how Munch continues to grow and evolve.
What We're Looking For
- Agency experience in PR or communications
- Strong media instincts and proven coverage wins
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
- Organised, detail-focused, and proactive
- A team player who’s keen to mentor others and keep learning
