The Role

You’ll sit at the core of engineering:

• Own architecture across key product areas
• Build end-to-end systems (FE → BE → data)
• Write the hard stuff: high-impact, high-leverage code
• Work directly with product on what to build, not just how
• Spot scaling issues early and fix them
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar
