Who we are
Cole Beauty is a female-founded, fast-growing global beauty business based in Cheadle, South Manchester. We’re the team behind Grace Cole, The Luxury Bathing Co., Boutique and The Retreat England, four brands with real soul, beautiful design, incredible fragrance and genuine commercial momentum, now selling in over 50 countries worldwide.

The role and why it matters
This isn’t a “manage the calendar and write some captions” role. This is full brand ownership. Strategy, innovation, digital-first campaigns, influencer partnerships, product launches, the lot.
You’ll be all over TikTok, Meta and YouTube, shaping how our brands show up and connect with people everywhere from Boots to Berlin. You’ll sit at the table with Sales, Product Development and Design. You’ll back your own instincts and move at pace.

What we're looking for
Someone who’s been inside a D2C or digitally-led brand and knows what good looks like. You understand paid social, you know why certain content travels on TikTok (not just social in general), and you’ve launched products with results to show for it.
You’re as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are in a creative review. You don’t need micromanaging. You have opinions. You bring energy.
If you’ve got 4 to 7 years of brand or marketing experience, a feel for beauty or personal care, and you’re the kind of person who reads a brief and immediately starts thinking about how to make it brilliant, we want to hear from you.
