Senior Insights Analyst
Remote UK, up to £90,000
This is an opportunity to take a central role in shaping how data drives decision making within a fast-growing, digital-first business. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will turn complex questions into clear insights, influencing customer strategy, product performance, and commercial outcomes.

The Role
- Analyse customer behaviour, retention, churn, and lifecycle performance to drive business insight
- Partner with Growth, Product, and Commercial teams to support strategic decision making
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical frameworks
- Build dashboards, reports, and decision-support tools
- Identify trends, risks, and commercial opportunities through data analysis
- Support experimentation and performance measurement initiatives
- Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to improving analytics processes and data maturity across the organisation
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong SQL and analytical problem-solving capability
- Commercial mindset with a focus on customer outcomes
- Ability to structure analysis independently and communicate clearly
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Understanding of customer behaviour, retention, and lifecycle analysis
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments
- Collaborative approach with strong curiosity and adaptability
