Job Description
Job Title :Sales Manager (Luxury Interiors / Fitness)
Location : London
Salary : 40-50k plus comms
Job Ref : 40606
The Studio
A design-led fitness brand working at the highest end of residential, hospitality, and superyacht projects. The work sits in design-led environments where expectation is high and tolerance for mediocrity is low. The studio has scaled quickly, built serious partnerships, and attracts clients who are used to getting exactly what they want.
The Role
This is labelled Sales Manager, but it’s not a team management role. It’s a hands-on, commercially accountable position where you are responsible for turning high-quality inbound interest into revenue — consistently.
You’ll be dealing with architects, interior designers, and private clients who are decisive, detail-oriented, and commercially aware. If you need structure, hand-holding, or heavy oversight, this won’t land.
What You’ll Actually Do
You will:
– Take qualified inbound leads and convert them into real projects
– Run discovery properly — not surface-level conversations
– Lead showroom meetings with confidence and control
– Build commercially sound proposals with internal teams
– Close — without over-discounting or over-explaining
– Keep your pipeline at a level that removes risk, not creates it
You won’t:
– Pass deals around
– Hide behind process
– Let opportunities drift
What Success Looks Like
– You close a meaningful percentage of what you quote
– You deliver £1.5m+ annually without drama
– Your pipeline is always ahead of where it needs to be
– Clients come back, or send others
What They’re Looking For
You’ve done this before
– 3–5 years in a sales role where value matters
– You’ve owned deals end-to-end
– You’ve worked with clients who expect competence, not charm
You understand what you’re selling into
– Interiors, design, hospitality, or high-end product
– You can talk about space, materials, and specification without bluffing
You are commercially reliable
– You understand conversion, pipeline, and timing
– You respond quickly because you know it affects outcome
– You keep things organised without being chased
You carry yourself properly
– Calm, direct, and credible in front of senior clients
– Comfortable in a premium showroom environment
– Not performative, not transactional
The Team
You’ll work alongside a BDR, senior sales leadership, and internal design/operations teams. The founder is still involved in key relationships — standards are set from the top.
Package
£40,000 – £50,000 base (DOE)
2% commission on invoiced revenue
– Inbound commission capped
– Outbound commission uncapped
