Client Team Manager - Coventry£40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits

We're partnering with a forward-thinking and growing accountancy firm in Coventry that's looking to appoint a Client Team Manager to support their continued expansion.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practice professional ready to step into a leadership role, managing a team while maintaining a hands-on approach with clients.

The Role

• Managing a portfolio of clients and acting as a key point of contact
• Leading, motivating, and developing a team to deliver high-quality work
• Allocating work, managing workflows, and ensuring deadlines are met
• Reviewing work to ensure accuracy and compliance with firm standards
• Supporting budgeting, job profitability, and performance tracking
• Conducting regular 1-2-1s, appraisals, and coaching team members
• Getting involved in client work where required

About You

• ACA / ACCA part-qualified (or equivalent)
• Proven experience within an accountancy practice
• Strong knowledge of accounts, corporation tax, and personal tax
• Confident managing client relationships and leading meetings
• Previous mentoring or team leadership experience
• Organised, detail-focused, and commercially aware
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
