Key Account Manager - Oncology – South West England

As a Key Account Manager focusing on their Oncology brand, you will ensure seamless patient access to their Oncology products through strong account management and well-executed plans across the territory. It focuses on growing the Oncology portfolio within each account to improve sales, market share, and profitability.


Acting as a trusted expert, the position brings deep product, therapeutic, and payer knowledge, along with an understanding of local and regional dynamics.


It involves developing and implementing effective account plans, building strong long-term relationships with key customers, and supporting them in ways that benefit patients, the customer, and the client. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to remove obstacles, execute plans successfully, and ultimately exceed targets.


You will be responsible for driving sales growth, increasing market share, and championing the product within your territory. A key part of your role will be to engage and develop stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of the product into local services. You will also identify and address barriers to access, influencing local treatment pathways, guidelines, and protocols.

We are seeking candidates who can exhibit:


  • Proven Key Account Management skills with demonstrable success in exceeding business goals
  • Experience of Key Account Management within secondary care with a hunger to make the next move within a specialist field and a move into Oncology
  • Ability to work with complex clinical data sets
  • Demonstrable ability to build strong lasting relationships with all customer groups, and links within
  • Previous experience of success as an Oncology KAM with experience within Prostate Cancer and / or Urothelial Cancer desirable
  • Experience of having worked private accounts
