We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing team within a premium women’s fashion brand known for its quality, strong identity, and continued growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a beautifully presented store, driving both commercial performance and an exceptional customer experience.

The Role

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of approximately 7 staff
• Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
• Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with a premium brand experience
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including visual standards and stock management
• Foster a positive, high-energy team culture

About You

• Proven experience in retail management, ideally within premium or fashion environments
• A strong leader with the ability to inspire and develop a team
• Commercially aware with a track record of driving sales
• Passionate about fashion, quality, and customer experience
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills
