The Role


As HR Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day HR operations while ensuring company policies, procedures, and people practices are aligned with legal requirements and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities


  • Managing employee relations and HR processes
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and retention
  • Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal, divisional, and corporate guidelines
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Supporting performance management, disciplinary, and grievance procedures
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Assisting in developing and implementing people-focused initiatives and processes
  • Supporting training and development initiatives
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures remain compliant with current legal and regulatory requirements
  • Driving continuous improvement across HR systems and procedures
  • Promoting employee engagement and wellbeing


About You


  • Experienced in a HR management role
  • Organised, approachable, and highly professional
  • Proactive with excellent communication skills
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) preferred
  • Experience working within a fast-paced business environmenT
  • Passionate about people development and creating positive workplace experiences
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
  • Master’s degree (MA) in Human Resources, Employment Law, Business Management, or a related discipline.
