The Role
As HR Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day HR operations while ensuring company policies, procedures, and people practices are aligned with legal requirements and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing employee relations and HR processes
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and retention
- Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal, divisional, and corporate guidelines
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice
- Supporting performance management, disciplinary, and grievance procedures
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Assisting in developing and implementing people-focused initiatives and processes
- Supporting training and development initiatives
- Ensure HR policies and procedures remain compliant with current legal and regulatory requirements
- Driving continuous improvement across HR systems and procedures
- Promoting employee engagement and wellbeing
About You
- Experienced in a HR management role
- Organised, approachable, and highly professional
- Proactive with excellent communication skills
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) preferred
- Experience working within a fast-paced business environmenT
- Passionate about people development and creating positive workplace experiences
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
- Master’s degree (MA) in Human Resources, Employment Law, Business Management, or a related discipline.
