I'm partnering with a growing retail business looking to appoint a Systems / Finance Business Analyst to support a range of finance transformation and data improvement initiatives.

This is a highly visible role sitting between Finance, IT, and Operations, focused on improving data quality, reporting accuracy, and system efficiencies across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data cleansing projects to improve the quality and integrity of financial and operational data.
• Drive master data improvement initiatives, ensuring consistency and accuracy across systems.
• Manage and enhance reporting through Jet Reports, delivering reliable and meaningful insights to stakeholders.
• Work closely with system integrators and internal teams to optimise how Microsoft Business Central supports business processes.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve consolidation workflows across the finance function.
• Partner with finance and operational teams to understand reporting requirements and implement system improvements.
• Support wider finance transformation and continuous improvement projects.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Advanced Power BI reporting and dashboard development skills.
• Experience with Jet Reports.
• Proven track record in data cleansing, master data management, and systems improvement projects.
• Ability to bridge the gap between finance and technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience within a finance transformation, systems analyst, or finance business analyst role.
