This is a unique opportunity for an inspiring and entrepreneurial retail leader to play a pivotal role in establishing and growing a new presence within the UK market. More than a traditional management position, this role requires someone who can act as a true brand ambassador, bringing the brand's creative universe to life through exceptional client experiences, storytelling and community building.
The successful candidate will combine strong commercial awareness with a genuine passion for fashion, design, craftsmanship and contemporary culture. They will enjoy building relationships, nurturing a loyal client base and creating a destination that resonates with both existing followers and new customers alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the successful launch and day-to-day management of the new concession.
- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience through personalised service and relationship building.
- Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive clienteling and networking.
- Drive sales performance while maintaining the highest standards of brand presentation.
- Act as a brand ambassador, sharing the story, craftsmanship and creative vision behind the collections.
- Organise and support client events, activations and community-building initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure operational excellence across all aspects of the business.
About You
The ideal candidate is an inspiring personality with a strong artistic and fashion sensibility—creative, authentic, intelligent and culturally curious. You naturally connect with people, possess excellent communication skills and have a genuine appreciation for craftsmanship, design and self-expression.
You may already be a Concession Manager, Store Manager or Assistant Manager within premium luxury retail. Equally, we are open to meeting individuals who may not yet hold a management title but who strongly identify with the profile described above and have demonstrated leadership potential, commercial aptitude and a strong presence within creative, fashion or cultural networks.
