£50,000 Per Annum - OTE £70,000
Monday to Friday
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join a growing financial services organisation based near Harrogate.
We are looking for a motivated leader who can inspire, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team of advisors while driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
The Role:
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of the sales team, ensuring targets are achieved, and maintaining high standards of compliance and customer service within a regulated financial environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing, coaching, and developing a team of sales professionals
- Driving team performance against sales and revenue targets
- Monitoring KPIs, productivity, and conversion rates
- Conducting regular performance reviews and training sessions
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
- Ensuring compliance with financial services regulations and company procedures
- Working closely with senior management to implement sales strategies
- Creating a positive and motivating team culture
About You:
- Previous experience managing a sales team
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- The ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Knowledge of regulated sales environments and compliance standards
