Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced BMC Remedy Developer to design, develop and customise Remedy applications within a secure enterprise environment.

You will work across ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change and Asset Management, delivering enhancements, integrations and ongoing platform support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and customise BMC Remedy applications (workflows, forms, active links, filters)
• Configure and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change and Asset Management
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Remedy environment
• Optimise application performance and ensure scalability
• Develop integrations with other enterprise systems
• Produce and maintain technical documentation
• Provide ongoing support, enhancements and upgrades

Skills and Experience

• BMC Remedy ITSM Certification (desirable)
• Strong experience in Remedy development and customisation
• Good understanding of ITIL framework and best practices
• Experience with cloud-based Remedy deployments
• Experience with workflows, integrations and JavaScript
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Clearance Requirement

Active SC Clearance required, or SC Clearable (eligible and willing to undergo clearance).
