Job Description

Project & Programme Leadership

  • Lead PMC delivery for multiple high-rise and large-scale developments.
  • Drive project execution strategies aligned with client objectives, timelines, budgets, quality benchmarks, and ESG goals.
  • Oversee programme management, project controls, governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks.
  • Implement digital project management systems, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and executive-level client communication throughout the project lifecycle.


Pre-Construction & Design Management

  • Lead feasibility studies, budgeting, value engineering, tendering, procurement planning, and design coordination.
  • Advise on project delivery models, contracting strategies, and construction methodologies.
  • Drive adoption of modern construction technologies including BIM & Digital Twin integration, Modular and Prefabricated Construction, Precast & Steel Structures, Lean Construction practices, AI-enabled project monitoring, and Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
  • Ensure multidisciplinary design coordination and technical compliance across all stages.


Construction & Delivery Management

  • Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, productivity, and contractor performance.
  • Establish robust project controls, scheduling, cost monitoring, and reporting systems using Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or equivalent tools.
  • Lead issue resolution, escalation management, and decision-making during execution phases.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, statutory regulations, HSE standards, and operational procedures.


Commercial & Contract Management

  • Oversee tender management, contract administration, variation management, claims, and commercial risk mitigation.
  • Provide expertise in FIDIC contracts, dispute avoidance, and contractual negotiations.
  • Manage project financials including budgets, forecasting, billing, collections, and profitability.
  • Drive cost optimization and value engineering initiatives across projects.

Team & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across locations and functions.
  • Drive accountability, performance management, succession planning, and capability development.
  • Collaborate with HR on manpower planning, recruitment, and resource deployment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and key stakeholders.


  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in project management and construction leadership for high-rise or large-scale real estate developments.
  • Proven experience leading pre-construction, design management, tendering, budgeting, and project execution functions.
  • Strong exposure to modern construction technologies and digital project delivery systems.
  • Hands-on experience with BIM-based project delivery and integrated project controls.
  • Experience managing large project teams and multiple concurrent projects.


  • Strong expertise in project management, construction methodologies, and digital delivery practices.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, BIM platforms, Power BI, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and ERP-based project systems.
  • Strong commercial acumen, financial management, and contract administration capability.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage complex projects and senior client relationships in fast-paced environments
