Service Coordinator

Job Role: Service Coordinator

Location: Sheffield

Salary: 28,000 - 30,000 per annum

Metalis are currently working with a leading machinery manufacturer who are looking for a Service Coordinator to join their expanding team.

Job Duties:

• Manage and coordinate service breakdowns and maintenance requests
• Assess urgency and prioritise jobs accordingly
• Schedule and coordinate service technicians and external contractors
• Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding service updates and job progress
• Maintain accurate records of jobs, service reports and customer information
• Handle general administrative duties related to service coordination

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a service coordination, scheduling, or administrative role (preferred)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confident using office systems, scheduling tools and email

Salary & Shift:

• 28,000 - 30,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:30pm
