Job Description

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to support the successful integration of two businesses following a major acquisition that will triple the size of the organisation.

You will work closely with the Programme Manager to coordinate and drive delivery across multiple business-critical transformation workstreams, ensuring plans remain aligned, dependencies are managed, and integration milestones are achieved.

This role is focused on delivering a complex post-acquisition integration programme spanning systems, processes, and organisational change.



Responsibilitie

  • sDevelop and maintain integrated project plans across multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery milestones, dependencies, risks, and actions are clearly tracked
  • .Coordinate day-to-day delivery activities across Finance, HR, PLM, CRM, and LMS transformation projects
  • .Partner with the Programme Manager to monitor progress, identify delivery risks, and implement corrective actions where required
  • .Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams to maintain alignment and momentum throughout the integration programme
  • .Facilitate project governance activities, including status reporting, steering updates, and programme reviews
  • .Manage interdependencies between workstreams to minimise delivery conflicts and support successful integration outcomes
  • .Track key programme deliverables and ensure actions are owned, progressed, and completed to agreed timescales
  • .Lead project meetings and workshops, capturing decisions, actions, and next steps to maintain delivery focus
  • .Escalate issues and blockers appropriately, working with stakeholders to resolve challenges and maintain project progress
  • .Support the successful implementation of new systems and processes as part of the wider integration programme
