The Role - Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day allocation of technical resource across projects and operational work
  • Maintaining visibility of current utilisation and future capacity
  • Supporting forecasting and demand planning across engineering teams
  • Working closely with Project Managers and Technical Leads to align delivery plans with real-world capacity
  • Identifying resource conflicts, delivery risks, and resourcing gaps early
  • Producing reporting and insight for senior leadership
  • Supporting a balanced and sustainable approach to delivery planning

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced within resource management, PMO, delivery coordination, or workforce planning
  • Comfortable working within technical delivery environments such as networks, cloud, infrastructure, or managed services
  • Highly organised, analytical, and commercially aware
  • Confident managing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations
