Contracts Manager Renewables

Up to £55k + Benefits
Office-based with hybrid working UK-wide travel required
Monday Friday 8:30am 5:30pm
Occasional flexibility required to support client escalations

What You ll Be Doing

In this role, you ll manage a portfolio of renewables contracts and clients, supporting commercial performance and ensuring excellent customer service throughout project lifecycles, including:

  • Managing renewables customer accounts as the primary point of contact for operational and commercial matters
  • Producing quotations for variations, remedials, upgrades, and additional works
  • Coordinating with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and subcontractors to deliver accurate and commercially robust proposals
  • Managing customer escalations and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally
  • Supporting smooth handover from quotation through to project delivery
  • Monitoring contract performance, commercial performance, and operational KPIs
  • Identifying opportunities for organic business growth within existing accounts
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records, quotations, approvals, and contract documentation
What We re Looking For
  • Proven experience in Contracts Management, Commercial Management, or Account Management within renewables, M&E, electrical, utilities, or FM sectors
  • Strong experience managing quotations, variations, and change control processes
  • Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially aware with a strong understanding of margins, scope control, and contract performance
  • Experience working alongside delivery teams and project managers
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Competent using Microsoft 365 and CRM systems
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable experience includes:

  • Knowledge of Solar PV, BESS, EV infrastructure, or renewable O&M activities
  • Familiarity with NEC, JCT, or FIDIC contract frameworks
  • Understanding of RAMS, permits, and safe systems of work
