Archibald Shaw is a long-established civil and structural engineering consultancy with over 60 years of experience. We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join our growing team and lead the delivery of high-quality structural engineering projects across a wide range of sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading structural design from concept to completion
• Producing and reviewing calculations, drawings, and reports
• Coordinating with clients, architects, and contractors
• Mentoring junior engineers and supporting team development

About you:

• Chartered or close to Chartered (IStructE or equivalent)
• 8+ years’ consultancy experience
• Confident communicator with strong technical and leadership skills
• Strong design capability in steel, concrete, timber, and masonry
• Good knowledge of UK standards and regulations
