We are a global consulting business with a presence in the UK, UAE and Saudi Arabia. We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join our team and lead our UK growth strategy. Your role is to open doors, win clients, and build lasting commercial relationships with mid-market businesses across the UK — introducing them to our remote-based accounting and finance staffing solutions.


You will work directly with the Founder in a business where high performers are recognised, rewarded, and promoted. This is a role for someone who thrives on autonomy, loves the hunt, and wants to make a visible commercial impact in a growing international business.

  • Your ability to open conversations, build trust, and close commercial deals. Recruitment knowledge is a bonus, not a requirement.


Key Responsibilities


New Business Development


  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market UK businesses
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and win new accounts
  • Attend industry events and represent the business externally


Client Relationships


  • Serve as the primary commercial contact for key clients
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business needs and challenges
  • Provide market insights to position our solutions effectively
  • Deliver a consultative, value-led approach to every client interaction


Revenue & Performance


  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Track activity and pipeline performance against agreed KPIs
  • Maximise deal value through confident, skilled negotiation


About You


  • 2–5+ years in B2B business development, sales, or account management
  • Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and winning new business
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
  • Experience selling into finance, professional services, or workforce solutions is advantageous
  • Comfortable with a consultative, relationship-led sales approach
  • Existing network in the UK mid-market or accounting/finance space is a plus
