This Engineering Manager vacancy is based in Sittingbourne and is a days only based position (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week) offering a competitive salary of 65,000 per annum, a 10% bonus and a strong package of benefits and ongoing training to support your professional growth and career.

Key responsibilities as Engineering Manager:
Manage a team of approximately 10 Maintenance Engineers, Team Leaders, Maintenance Planner and Stores Controller
Drive plant performance through continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
Support capital projects, ensuring effective budget control
Enhance equipment reliability through the application of best maintenance practices and effective use of the CMMS system
Oversee electrical and mechanical workloads including planned and reactive maintenance across all production lines
I would love to speak with anyone who has the following:
Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Strong knowledge of EHS, PPM, TPM and CMMS systems
Proven experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment
