I'm working with an exceptional hiring manager who cares far more about energy, attitude and ambition than whether you've worked in field sales before. In fact, some of the highest performers in the team have come from completely different backgrounds – from retail management to hospitality leadership.

You'll take ownership of a territory covering Lancashire, Greater Manchester and the Lake District, building relationships and growing business across a diverse customer base.

You'll work with:

• Universities
• Cafés and foodservice operators
• Corporate customers
• National brands and key accounts, including major organisations such as JD Sports HQ and BAE Systems

Your role will focus on:

• Winning new business opportunities
• Developing strong customer relationships
• Driving product visibility and activation
• Identifying growth opportunities within your territory
• Acting as a trusted commercial partner to your customers

This is a field-based role where no two days are the same.

You do not need previous field sales experience.

We're looking for people who:

• Bring a fantastic attitude and work ethic
• Have a natural ability to connect with people
• Are ambitious and eager to learn
• Enjoy being out and about meeting customers
• Can work independently and take ownership of their territory
• Hold a full UK driving licence
