Your new role
As a Senior Engineer within the Structures team, you will be responsible for the delivery of technical outputs across a range of highway and infrastructure projects. You will manage project delivery to meet client requirements, programme and budget expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver design and engineering for highway structures schemes
- Act as Lead Designer on projects
- Manage technical outputs to meet programme and budget
- Carry out and check design deliverables
- Support bids and proposals
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in a relevant engineering discipline
- Chartered or working towards (MICE/MIStructE or similar)
- Strong experience in highway structures design and assessment (UK standards, Eurocodes)
- Experience with relevant design software
- Ability to work independently and lead project delivery.
- Design & build project experience
