Production Supervisor
Cookstown
£38k - 42k + 10% annual bonus
Black Fox Solutions are working alongside our client, based in Cookstown, to recruit a Production Supervisor.
As the successful Production Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate daily production floor operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are consistently achieved. The role requires a strong commitment to lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement, and employee engagement to drive operational excellence.
What We Require:
- Candidates should be qualified to minimum of GCSE level or equivalent.
- Significant production experience gained in a similar manufacturing environment.
- Experience and proven track record of supervisory and /or people management is essential.
- An understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques would be advantageous.
- Awareness of visual management.
- Ability to work to and meet strict deadlines and able to adapt to changing priorities and goals.
