  • Support programme leadership by providing practical commercial advice and contractual interpretation.
  • Draft and review formal contractual correspondence, including notices, change requests, claims preservation letters, and responses to contractor communications.
  • Represent the company in governance forums and commercial discussions with delivery partners and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all external communications accurately reflect and protect contractual and commercial position.
  • Support executive decision-making by providing clear analysis of contractual exposure, risks, and options.

Essential Experience

  • Significant experience in commercial and contract management within complex technology or transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of subcontractor management within prime contractor delivery models.
  • Experience working on public sector or regulated programmes.
  • Proven ability to operate within complex multi-stakeholder governance environments.
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration, change control, risk management, and commercial governance.
  • Experience preparing contractual notices, claims-related correspondence, and commercial position papers.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement at executive level.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience supporting large-scale government technology deployments.
  • Familiarity with Northern Ireland public sector delivery environments.
  • Experience working alongside systems integrators and major delivery partners.

Personal Attributes

  • Commercially astute with strong attention to detail.
  • Independent, objective, and confident in challenging assumptions where necessary.
  • Able to balance contractual rigour with collaborative stakeholder management.
  • Comfortable working autonomously while integrating closely with programme teams.
