Operations Manager
Our client is a specialist manufacturing business with clients across UK, Ireland and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day business operations and operational strategy
- Introduce and implement systems, processes, and performance structures
- Drive accountability and alignment across leadership teams
- Improve operational efficiency, scalability, and business performance
- Support financial oversight, forecasting, and KPI management
- Champion continuous improvement and organisational development
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven senior leadership experience within an operations environment (ideally manufacturing)
- Sound commercial and operational acumen
- Experience scaling and systemising businesses (Lean methods and a passion for operational excellence)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
