🔧 Lead Engineer - Food Manufacturer
💰 £60,000 + 10% Pension + 10% Bonus

We’re hiring a Lead Engineer to join a prestigious food manufacturer as they push towards world-class manufacturing. This is a role for someone who wants to lead, influence, and genuinely improve performance — not just keep things running.
🚀 What you'll be doing:
✅ Leading a shift engineering team in a fast-paced FMCG environment
✅ Driving reliability through proactive maintenance & continuous improvement
✅ Getting to the root cause of recurring issues
✅ Partnering with production to boost uptime and efficiency
✅ Developing your team’s capability, mindset & performance
🧠 What we’re looking for:
- Multiskilled engineer (electrically biased), NVQ Level 3+
- Experience within FMCG or manufacturing
- Strong communicator who can influence across teams
- IOSH / CMMS knowledge (nice to have)
- A proactive, resilient, always-learning mindset
