We are hiring for our client, a high-growth financial services organisation, who are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their leadership team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded HR Manager to act as the People Champion for a growing business, supporting leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
The successful HR Manager will play a key role in organisational growth, employee engagement, change management, talent development, and employee relations while helping to shape and embed a positive people culture.

The Role
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver the people strategy and support business growth initiatives
- Support acquisitions and business integration projects, including organisational design, job architecture and harmonisation of terms and conditions
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, action planning and wellbeing programmes
- Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on employee relations, absence management and performance issues
- Lead complex disciplinary, grievance, capability and appeal processes
- Support the development of a high-performance culture through performance management and development frameworks
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activities across the hub
- Drive learning and development initiatives, including structured development programmes and apprenticeships
- Present HR updates and people insights to senior leadership teams and board meetings
- Partner with the Group HR Director to deliver key group-wide HR initiatives
The Person
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
- Significant HR Generalist experience, ideally gained within a standalone HR Manager or Business Partner role
- Experience within financial services, professional services or regulated environments would be advantageous
- Strong employment law knowledge
- Experience supporting organisational growth, change and business transformation
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
