Lead the Team Behind the Treats at Dartford
Whether you’re an experienced Transport Supervisor ready to step into a broader leadership role, or an established Logistics Manager looking for your next challenge, Krispy Kreme has an exciting opportunity for you at our Dartford site.
We’re looking for a driven, people-focused leader to manage our driver team and keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in making sure our doughnuts are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time across the UK - all while building a motivated, high-performing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing driver team
- Managing rotas, routes, and daily transport operations
- Ensuring compliance, safety, and on-time delivery performance
- Supporting recruitment, training, and team development
- Driving operational improvements and controlling costs
- Maintaining fleet, systems, and transport records
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in transport, logistics, or distribution leadership
- Background as a Transport Supervisor, Logistics Supervisor, Logistics Manager, or similar
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of transport compliance and fleet operations
- Confident communicator with a hands-on leadership style
- CPC qualification desirable but not essential
Pay & Hours
- £36,365 – £37,358 per year
- 45 hours per week
- Any 5 days from 7, including some weekends
- Shift patterns:
- 5am – 2pm
- 11am – 8pm
