Associate Director @ Munch
Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 WFH)
Reporting to: Managing Partner

What You'll Lead
Strategic client partnerships
Be a trusted advisor at the highest level - shaping smart, insight-led PR strategies that align with real business goals and drive meaningful results.
Campaign excellence at scale
Oversee multiple accounts, ensuring every piece of work is delivered to an exceptional standard - on time, on budget, and with impact.
Creative direction that stands out
Push for original thinking, elevate ideas, and ensure every campaign earns attention for the right reasons.
Media leadership
Set the bar for media relations - securing high-impact coverage and building strong, lasting relationships with key journalists.
Team growth & performance
Lead, mentor, and inspire - developing talent, driving performance, and building a team that consistently delivers its best work.
Agency growth & visibility
Play a key role in new business, organic growth, and positioning Munch as a standout name in the industry.
What You Bring
- Strong senior experience in PR/communications (agency side preferred)
- A proven track record of leading strategic, high-impact campaigns
- Excellent instinct for what lands in earned media
- Confidence leading teams, clients, and conversations at senior level
- Commercial awareness across budgets, resourcing, and growth
- Clear, confident communication and sharp organisational skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambitious environment
