Location: 50% Remote / 50% Travel

A market-leading organisation is delivering a large scale Infor ERP transformation and requires a Programme Lead / Director to take ownership of delivery.

Role Overview

Accountable for end-to-end programme delivery across ERP and business change, ensuring execution against defined timelines, governance and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the ERP programme across all workstreams
• Establish and maintain programme governance, planning and controls
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party partners
• Interface with senior stakeholders and executive leadership
• Drive reporting, risk management, accountability and decision-making

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale ERP / enterprise programmes
• Strong stakeholder engagement at senior and executive level
• Established programme governance and delivery capability
• Manufacturing sector experience preferred
• Infor exposure advantageous
