The Role
You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging and converting new business opportunities across brands, agencies and marketing teams.
Working as part of the commercial team, you’ll take ownership of the sales process from prospecting through to close, building a healthy pipeline of opportunities and developing long-term client relationships that drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating and managing a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Proactively targeting brands, media agencies, creative agencies and strategic partners.
- Conducting outbound sales activity through phone, email, LinkedIn and networking.
- Securing meetings with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Delivering persuasive sales presentations and commercial proposals.
- Negotiating and closing new business opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments and competitor activity.
About You
You’ll be someone who enjoys being in front of clients, thrives in a target-driven environment and takes pride in building a strong pipeline through consistent sales activity.
You’ll likely have:
- A proven track record in sales, business development or a commercial role.
- Experience generating new business and consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- A proactive, resilient and self-motivated approach.
- The ability to build relationships quickly and create commercial opportunities.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience selling marketing, media, advertising, sponsorship or creative solutions.
- Existing relationships across brands, agencies or media organisations.
- Experience working within a high-growth commercial environment.
