- £57,000 – £60,000 + 10% Bonus + £8,000
A leading manufacturing business in Cornwall is looking to appoint a hands-on Senior Quality Engineer to support continued growth across its operations.

The Role:
This is a highly visible, hands-on position where you’ll work closely with manufacturing, engineering and operational teams to drive quality standards across the site.
You’ll be involved in:
- Leading root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Managing non-conformance and CAPA activities
- Working closely with suppliers and customers on quality-related matters
- Supporting process improvement and quality performance metrics
- Championing a strong quality-first culture across the business
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for an experienced manufacturing Quality Engineer who enjoys being close to the shop floor and making tangible improvements.
You’ll ideally have:
- Proven experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis experience
- Knowledge of quality tools such as CAPA, 8D, FMEA, PPAP or SPC
- Experience working to ISO standards
- A proactive, collaborative and hands-on approach
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across teams
