Our client prides themselves on delivering exceptional service and creating a memorable experience for every single guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and create a positive first impression
• Manage reservations and walk-in seating efficiently and speedily
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus
• Maintain an organised waitlist during busy periods
• Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries / bookings and special requests
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front-of-house area
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary

Requirements

• Previous experience in a host/hostess or customer-facing role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanour
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
