We are seeking an experienced Claims Oversight Manager to join a leading insurance market organisation. This role offers the opportunity to influence claims performance across a diverse portfolio, ensuring high standards of claims management, governance, and customer outcomes.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will assess claims performance, identify emerging risks, and provide constructive challenge and guidance to drive continuous improvement. You will analyse claims data and market trends, contribute to thematic reviews, and collaborate with colleagues across claims, risk, and performance functions to support strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will have strong claims expertise gained within the insurance market, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to interpret complex information to make sound, risk-based decisions. Experience in claims oversight, conduct, delegated authority, or operational claims management environments would be highly advantageous.
