Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced professional to oversee the mechanical installation and delivery on-site for a major Commercial project in London

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the site lifecycle for mechanical installation packages on major construction projects, ensuring smooth site execution.

· Liaise effectively with internal teams, main contractors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals and delivery.

· Monitor progress on site, manage resources, and ensure strict adherence to HSE and QA standards.

· Provide consistent reporting and updates to the Project Manager or Project Director.

· Play a key role in risk management, project scheduling, and tracking timelines to ensure successful delivery.


Skills and Experience:

· Solid background in Mechanical Construction Management, with proven experience delivering mechanical works on large-scale M&E projects (typically valued between £2–£3 million).

· Experience managing fast-paced construction environments with strong leadership and coordination skills.

· Ability to lead site teams and subcontractors effectively, ensuring high levels of performance and professionalism.

· Strong understanding of mechanical systems, industry regulations, safety compliance, and project documentation.

· Capable of working autonomously while collaborating seamlessly within a multidisciplinary project team.
