Property Manager
Edinburgh
Salary: up to 35,000 + Bonus
We are working with a well-established property firm in Edinburgh who are looking to appoint an experienced Property Manager to join their growing team.
This role will suit someone who enjoys managing a varied residential portfolio and takes pride in delivering a high level of service to both landlords and tenants. The role also offers hybrid working.
The role will involve:
Managing a portfolio of residential properties
Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
Coordinating maintenance and repairs through approved contractors
Conducting property inspections and ensuring compliance
Managing tenancy renewals, check-ins and check-outs
Handling queries efficiently and professionally
About you:
Previous experience in residential property management
Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with a range of stakeholders
Proactive, reliable and able to manage a busy workload
Knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirement
