MacGregor Black are partnering with an FMCG business on the search for a Production Shift Manager - Days. This is a FTC role based in Derbyshire.

Key Responsibilities:

• People leadership.
• KPI management.
• Drive production and compliance standards.
• Support Continuous Improvement events within your areas of responsibility.

What We're Looking For:

• A modern leader who has people and process at the forefront of their mind.
• Experience of various FMCG production methods.
• Experience of driving production capacity.

Salary – circa 55k fixed term contract – 6/12 months.
