Our reputation has been built on trust, expertise, discretion, and long term client relationships. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an ambitious and client focused Luxury Sales Executive to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to build a career within the luxury watch and jewellery industry.
You will be responsible for developing client relationships, driving sales performance, and delivering an exceptional client experience both in person and through digital channels.
This role is suited to an individual who is commercially driven, highly professional, and passionate about delivering outstanding service.
• Building and managing long term relationships with new and existing clients
• Advising clients on luxury watches and jewellery while delivering a highly personalised experience
• Managing enquiries across showroom, telephone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms
• Identifying sales opportunities and converting enquiries into successful transactions
• Developing your own portfolio of private clients and collectors
• Supporting the acquisition of watches and jewellery through purchasing and part exchange opportunities
• Maintaining exceptional product knowledge and awareness of market trends
• Representing Trilogy Jewellers with professionalism, integrity, and expertise at all times
• Supporting showroom presentation and maintaining luxury retail standards
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within luxury retail, jewellery, watches, automotive, hospitality, property, financial services, or another premium client facing sales environment.

Previous experience within the luxury watch or jewellery industry is highly desirable, although candidates from other premium sales backgrounds will also be considered.

Our showroom operates 7 days per week.
This is a full time position working 5 days per week on a rota basis and includes regular weekend working.
