Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role responsible for managing and developing existing customer accounts, building long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue within the business.
The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service delivery while supporting sales growth through, product focuses, upselling, and cross-selling activities.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Manage customer accounts and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales reports
Coordinate with external sales teams, customer service, and operations departments
Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction levels
Maintain accurate customer records using Pipedrive CRM
Identify opportunities to increase account value and customer retention
Support the wider sales team in achieving business targets
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship roles
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Experience using CRM systems, ideally Pipedrive
Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively
Commercially aware with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
LS22 and fully office based
35,000 and company sales bonus
