Role purpose:

To deliver large, complex, customer-facing projects either independently or as part of programmes to time, cost, and quality criteria, whilst operating within the established organisational delivery framework.

Key performance indicators:

• Time, Cost and Quality: Delivering projects to agreed time, cost, and quality criteria, as well as Professional Services KPI delivery targets.
• Governance Auditing: Making sure that projects are delivered in accordance with the Vodafone Professional Services Governance Framework
• Regular review via internal stakeholder feedback and external customer surveys.

Essential professional qualifications:

• Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent
• Significant proven Project Management experience of managing large and complex projects.
• Self-motivated individual with good organisational, interpersonal, and influencing skills
• Eligible for SC clearance
• Agile experience
• The candidates must have demonstrable experience of delivering via Agile methodologies.
• They must have used JIRA, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow tools.
