What You'll Do
- Process customer paperwork quickly and accurately you're the engine behind smooth operations
- Keep our operational systems and records sharp and up to date
- Be the friendly, professional voice customers reach by phone and email
- Brief and de-brief drivers, keeping everyone aligned on the day's priorities
- Build and manage customer KPI reports that drive real decisions
- Support daily operations and pitch in wherever the team needs you
- Keep documentation complete, filed, and easy to find
- Collaborate across teams to keep everything running seamlessly
What You'll Bring
Essential
- Previous administration experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
- A knack for juggling priorities and hitting deadlines
- Confident with Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- A genuine commitment to great customer service
Desirable
- Experience in an operations or logistics environment
- A track record of producing KPI or performance reports
