Your Role as a Small Works Manager will include:
Overseeing delivery of small works & reactive projects across commercial sites
Supervising in-house operatives & subcontractors
Preparing quotes, managing budgets & delivering to KPIs
Ensuring H&S standards & safe working practices are adhered to
The successful Small Works Manager will need:
Proven leadership experience in FM / small works / building maintenance
Background in general building, carpentry or fabric works
Strong commercial awareness & organisational ability
Commutable to Sidcup with willingness to travel locally
