Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Beaconsfield for a Sales Administrator. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, managing and processing customer orders efficiently, and delivering exceptional service to clients. The role requires effective collaboration with internal teams, maintaining accurate order records, and ensuring smooth operations to help achieve sales goals. The individual will also act as a reliable point of contact for clients and ensure their inquiries and requests are handled promptly.
As the CEO’s right-hand person, you will be at the heart of the business, helping to solve daily challenges, support key projects, and drive business growth. No two days will be the same. This role combines multiple disciplines and offers exceptional opportunities to learn, influence decision-making, and make a tangible impact across the organisation.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Order Processing and proven experience in Sales-related roles.
- Experience in Administrative Assistance, including organizing, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records.
- Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and an organized approach to daily activities.
- Proficiency with office and sales software, including CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage customer expectations effectively.
- Previous experience in a sales or administrative environment is beneficial but not required.
