Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Senior Maintenance Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Senior Maintenance Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Senior Maintenance Engineer, will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a portfolio of multiple buildings in the region.
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.
- Fault finding and troubleshooting.
- Liaising directly with key clients.
- Manging other engineers ad subcontractors.
To be successful for this Senior Maintenance Engineer role you must have:
Experienced managing/working across multiple sites at once.
Engineering background - ideally Electrical.
Experienced carrying out multi skilled building maintenance works.
Health & Safety Compliance.
UK Drivers licence.
