Due to continued expansion, Tec Hut is looking to recruit three enthusiastic Trainee Sales Executives to join our growing team in Winsford.
This is a full time office based B2B telephone sales role which will involve speaking with IT Managers and business decision-makers throughout the UK arranging collections of surplus and redundant IT equipment.
No previous sales experience is required as full training will be provided.
We are looking for highly motivated, driven individuals who want to maximise their earnings, develop valuable business skills and build a successful career with genuine progression opportunities.
This role is not for the faint-hearted. You will face rejection daily, so resilience, determination and a strong work ethic are essential. We are looking for people with energy, personality and a competitive attitude who are prepared to work hard and succeed.

Earnings & Incentives
Our previous trainees earned an average of approximately £600 per month commission on top of their salary after six months in the role.
Our highest-performing trainee is currently earning in excess of £900 per month in commission and bonuses.
In addition, every month the top two salespeople who exceed target receive:
• 1st Place - £1,000 Bonus
• 2nd Place - £500 Bonus
