Job Description
London City Lionesses are one of the most ambitious clubs in women's football and part of the Kynisca group - a pioneering global organisation founded by Michele Kang with a vision to transform the future of women's sport. Following promotion to the Women's Super League, the club is entering an exciting new chapter as it continues to establish itself amongst the leading teams in the women's game.
Driven by a high-performance culture and long-term vision, the club is investing significantly in its people, infrastructure and supporter experience. As the club continues to grow both on and off the pitch, there is a clear ambition to grow attendances, deepen supporter engagement and deliver an outstanding matchday experience for fans.
The Ticketing Manager will play a key role in this journey, taking ownership of the club's ticketing operation at a pivotal stage of growth. This is a newly created position with genuine opportunity to shape strategy, improve supporter experience and build the future of ticketing at one of the most exciting clubs in women's football.
The impact you'll make
- Lead and develop the club's ticketing operation across all competitions, events and supporter touchpoints.
- Work closely with marketing and commercial teams to deliver ticket sales strategies that drive attendance growth and maximise revenue.
- Take ownership of the club's Ticketmaster platform, ensuring systems, processes and supporter journeys are fully optimised.
- Manage end-to-end ticketing operations including pricing, onsales, allocations, seat manifests and inventory management.
- Lead ticketing delivery on matchdays and major events, ensuring a seamless supporter experience from purchase through to stadium entry.
- Use data and insight to improve sales performance, supporter engagement and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, commercial, finance, stadium operations and supporter services to deliver best-in-class ticketing operations.
- Help shape the future direction of the function, joining a role with significant autonomy and opportunity to make a lasting impact.
What's in it for you?
- The opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing clubs in women's football at a transformational stage of its journey.
- A genuine opportunity to build and shape a ticketing function rather than inherit a fully established operation.
- High levels of ownership, responsibility and visibility across the organisation.
- The chance to play a key role in growing attendances, supporter engagement and matchday experiences during an exciting period of growth.
- Daily breakfast and lunch provided on site.
- Opportunities for professional development, training courses and continued learning.
- A collaborative, ambitious and values-driven culture where individuals are encouraged to contribute ideas and help shape the future of the club.
Your skills and experience
- Experience managing ticketing operations within sport, entertainment, live events or a similar customer-facing environment.
- Strong understanding of ticketing platforms, systems and supporter journeys.
- Experience managing onsales, allocations, inventory and operational ticketing processes.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance revenue generation and supporter experience.
- Excellent organisational, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within fast-paced operational environments and delivering under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insight to drive decision-making.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership of both strategic and operational responsibilities.
