Twinplast is a well‑established UK manufacturer operating in a niche, mature market with long‑standing customer relationships and a highly experienced team.

We are appointing a hands‑on Managing Director to run the business with a strong sense of ownership, operational discipline and pride in execution. This is an operations‑led MD role, focused on running the business well day to day, not scale‑up, transformation or aggressive growth.

This is not a corporate or sales‑led role.

Success will be defined by operational reliability, good judgement, practical efficiency gains and people‑centred leadership.

The role will suit someone who:

• Enjoys being on the shop floor and close to the detail
• Leads with low ego, calm authority and consistency
• Has MD/GM or senior operations leadership experience in SME manufacturing
• Lives locally or can commit to being on‑site five days a week
