Contracts Manager - Housebuilding
Stratford upon Avon (with travel to sites)
£80k - £95k basic, plus package and bonus
We are working with a leading housebuilder who are looking to strengthen the team with a Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of housebuilding sites, as part of their strong pipeline of good projects
.
You will have previous experience of leading the delivery of housebuilding residential or later living projects, ideally having experience in traditional build and rc fram
e.You will be well used to leading the site teams to a successful practical completion and be used to managing stakeholders & complex internal and external construction delivery team
s.

You will be an experienced Project / Senior Project Manager, Construction Manager or Contracts Manager who has experience working for a housebuilder, developer of main contrac
