This night shift opportunity offers a unique rotating pattern, allowing you to work intensively and enjoy extended breaks- ideal for work/life balance.
Your Shift Rotation (6pm - 6am)
- Week 1: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun
- Week 2: Wed, Thu
- Week 3: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu
You'll join a small, high-performing night team, keeping operations running smoothly while the day shift hands over. The role focuses more on coordination and problem-solving rather than heavy planning, making it ideal for someone stepping up in their career.
The Role
- Coordinate nightly transport operations across NI (with some ROI interaction)
- Act as a key point of contact for drivers, depots, and internal teams
- Monitor vehicle movements via tracking systems and respond to issues in real time
- Communicate with depots, ports and internal teams
The Person
- Transport admin / coordinator / planning experience
- Confident communicator who can work independently
- Strong geographical knowledge (NI/ROI preferred)
- Keen to learn and develop
- Comfortable working night shifts
